Payments Timeline:
a. A deposit of 250 euros / cabin until 15 Nov. 2019, for all confirmed cabins.
Note: This deposit is refundable in case the group is canceled by 25 December at the latest. 2019.
b. An additional deposit of 250 euros / cabin until 25 Dec. 2019.
c. The full payment must be made by 25 Feb. 2019.
Cancellation policy:
The cancellation is made in writing with receipt information and is calculated according to the time when it is requested as follows:
- Until December 25 - the penalty is 0;
- Between December 25, 2019 and March 10, 2020 - The penalty is equal to the deposit paid under point a) mentioned above;
- Between April 1, 2020 and May 4, 2020 - The penalty is 100% of the total
• The list of passenger names will have to be submitted by February 1, 2020 at the latest.
In the event that the port authorities from the transit country decide to increase the port taxes, or supplement the fuel prices, the cruise line reserves the right to increase prices by up to 6 euros per person.
